So, again, I called the number easily found on the website. This time the phone was immediately answered - not by voice mail - but by a real live man. He, too, could not have been more accomodating. He provided my UPS shipping number and informed me that my merchandise should be arriving today. WOW! Rarely do I receive such customer service!
