SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping
Dimmers.net ships to customers within the lower 48 states via FedEx Ground.
All orders over $119 will not be charged for Ground shipping. Orders under
$119 will be charged $9.95 for shipping & handling. Orders shipped
FedEx Ground will typically require 5-8 business days to receive, depending
on your delivery location.
Expedited Shipping
Upon checkout you may select to have your order shipped via FedEx 2nd
Day Air or Next Day Air for an additional charge.
Order Processing
Orders shipping FedEx Ground will be processed in 1-2 business days. Expedited
orders received before noon CST Monday-Friday will be processed the same
business day. Expedited orders received after noon CST Monday-Friday,
on Saturdays, Sundays, or company holidays, will be processed the following
business day.
Shipping Notification
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of
the shipment.
Orders Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please contact
us for a shipping quote. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO
addresses, Canada, Mexico, or anywhere outside the United States.
Order Status
You can check the status of your order online anytime here
or if you prefer you can contact
us.
Product Backorders
If an item is out of stock or backordered by the manufacturer you will
be notified ASAP via email and/or phone. You may then choose to keep,
change, or cancel your order.
Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon receiving it. If you receive
damaged merchandise please contact us ASAP so that we can file a damage
claim with the carrier and ship a replacement.

RETURN POLICY
If your item is defective please contact us within 30 days of receipt
for an immediate replacement. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase
and the merchandise has not been installed, you may return it to us within
30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund minus a 15% restocking
fee, except for RadioRA and Grafik Eye products. RadioRA AND Grafik
Eye are returnable for warranty repair/replacement only. Returned
item(s) must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging. We cannot
accept returns more than 30 days from the date of receipt.
Return Authorization
Returns will only be accepted if accompanied with a valid RGA (Return
Goods Authorization) number. For an RGA please contact us. Once an RGA
number is received write this number on the outside of all packages returned.
Packages without a valid RGA number referenced on the outside of the box
will be not be processed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping
charges. Due to the volume of items we ship and receive daily please allow
10 business days for the processing of your return. Once the return is
received and processed we will credit the original account used to purchase
the item(s) minus any shipping and/or restocking fees.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us ASAP. Due
to the speed at which they are processed and shipped expedited orders
cannot be changed or cancelled. Orders shipping standard ground may be
changed or cancelled within 1 business day.

site may list an incorrect price or feature. In the event an error does
occur we will make every effort to contact the customer before the order
is shipped. At which time the customer will have the option of placing
